On-Campus Housing

Welcome

Welcome to UNO! We offer several apartment style housing options that you are sure to enjoy! Although UNO does NOT require students to live on campus, we believe that campus living can make your college experience more meaningful. UNO students can choose from five residential facilities that are spacious and provide you tons of space to live and play:
  • University Village and Maverick Village on the Dodge Street location.
  • Scott Village, Scott Residence Hall and Scott Court on the Pacific Street location.
Please note that:
  • University Village, Maverick Village and Scott Village ONLY offer 12-month contracts (August thru July 31st)
  • Scott Residence Hall offers ONLY 9-month contracts with included unlimited meal plan.
  • Scott Court offers 12-month and a LIMITED number of 9-month contracts (first come, first served). Choosing the 9-month option for Scott Court on your housing application is just a request and will not guarantee you a 9-month contract. If you choose Scott Court as your first housing preference but do not indicate a contract option, you will NOT receive any contracts at all until you let us know which one to mail.
  • Food is NOT included in the cost of your contract, except for at Scott Residence Hall. However, meal plans are available and can be purchased regardless of your village of residence.
  • Students removed from on-campus housing will not be allowed to move to another Residential Complex
More information on each facility is provided below.
